WOMEN IN ART PRIZE 2023

I was honoured and proud to have been shortlisted for the Women in Art Prize this year! My shortlisted picture was ‘Drink in the wild air’ 2023 (pictured right).

I believe to get anywhere, you have to put yourself out there… but opening yourself up can make you vulnerable. I spend a lot of my time not looking for acceptance , all the while hoping my work is accepted by others. So whilst I didn’t make the final show - to be shortlisted was an honour!
